The RC Junior Board supports the RC mission through fundraising, network building, and special projects. Junior Board participation is ideal for young professionals who care about women's sports and the Middle East, and who want to be a part of a nonprofit where they can make a big impact!

OPERATIONAL BOARD
The RC Operational Board works in partnership with RC staff on specific workstreams such as accounting and communications. Operational Board participation is ideal for young professionals who want to contribute a specific skill set to a growing nonprofit.

AMBASSADORS
Have another idea for how you can contribute to RC? Want to throw an event or run a race in support of RC? Ambassadors are supporters around the world who find individual ways to contribute to the organization or help out with existing campaigns.
